Etienne Hilaire
Team Renewables Managing Director
Etienne is a successful renewable industry professional of 14 years, having spent 9 years of his career with Avonside Renewables, 5 years as Contracts Manager and 4 years as the Branch Manager. He is specialised in the contract & delivery of Solar PV, electrical energy storage systems, EV charge points and smart home energy devices.
Etienne has worked directly with many of the large housebuilders, contracted to many local authorities & social housing providers, delivering a variety of solutions. In his spare time, Etienne likes to “blow off the cobwebs” by going for a run, bouldering / climbing , mountain biking (well, falling off), camping and walking with the family.
Rhys Davies-Kenny
Team Renewables Operations Director
Rhys has run his own solar PV & electrical contract business profitably for many years. He is hard working and very often referred to by his peers as “a machine”. He is our Qualified Supervisor for electrical operations.
Rhys is a seasoned installer of electrical, solar PV, battery and EV charge point systems. He has worked on solar farms, large social housing deployment, new build residential sites and for some of the largest installers in the industry. In his spare time, Rhys likes to “relax” by renovating houses, riding his motorbike and maintaining his impressive beard!
